After working for many years as a computer programmer, Gregory Dash, a graduate of Tuskegee University, went on to become an attorney with the expressed intent of empowering the community through knowledge of the law. He established Dash Law Firm in 2014. Dash Law Firm provides services in all areas of law, but the main areas of focus are Criminal Law, Family Law, and Estate Planning.
ESTATE PLANNING
We are passionate about estate planning, as this is an area of law that is very sensitive to many people, which often leads to neglect. As many people do not like to discuss or even think about their passing, they tend to procrastinate and not properly plan for that time, which causes larger issues. Further, people are beginning to accumulate wealth and need to properly plan for the proper transition of their legacies.
ESTATE ADMINISTRATION
We are passionate about estate administration, as this is an area of law that tends to cause issues in families when proper planning has not always been completed. We handle estate administration for estates where death has been properly planned for, and for estates where, unfortunately, death has not been properly planned for. Our dedication to families and family members affords us the understanding that often needed to assist when there are deadlines for documentation submissions and there are grieving family members. CRIMINAL LAW
We are passionate about handling your misdemeanor and traffic cases. We have worked with the Judges and State’s Attorneys in several jurisdictions throughout the State of Maryland, and are equipped with the knowledge and experience to handle your case.
FAMILY LAW
We are passionate about families here in the State of Maryland. We would love to see all families able to remain intact. However, situations occur where families cannot remain intact. We are here when these situations arise, and work in a compassionate manner to assist in resolving these sometimes complex family situations in a peaceful manner. We have worked with Judges and Attorneys in several jurisdictions in this area of law, and have the knowledge and experience to handle your family law matter.
